Frequently Asked Questions

  • Shipping is free in the continental United States and Canada. For orders outside this area, please contact me for custom shipping charges. I do not mark-up shipping. You are responsible for any duty and entry charges applicable in your country.

  • Yes, I ship internationally. If your shipping address is outside of Canada or the USA, please contact me directly for a custom shipping quote.

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Yes, local pick up is available in from my studio in Maple, Ontario. Please contact me directly so we can arrange a pickup time and I can forward you my studio address.

    • Large artwork is typically hung 3-6 inches off a sofa, coffee table etc. Artwork hung on a wall with no item underneath is typically placed so that the center of the piece hangs 58 inches from the floor. 

    • For displaying multiple artworks together, work with the group as a "single painting" to establish the center and hang accordingly. Contact me directly if you have any further questions.

    • Use a suitable hanging system that supports the weight of your artwork and ensures it is properly secured, especially in areas prone to earthquakes or disturbances.

    • We recommend using drywall anchors to hang resin and mixed media artworks. For larger, heavier pieces, use two drywall anchors for balance and security.

    • For large or heavy artworks, we advise hiring a professional to ensure proper installation.

  • I do not currently sell prints of my work but I hope to offer prints in the future. For rights or to create prints, please contact me to discuss further. If you subscribe to my newsletter, you'll receive an update when I start offering prints in my online shop.

  • Yes, I do custom commissions. Please contact me with some information about your project so that we can discuss this in further detail and create a custom quote. My GALLERY page is a great place to see other works and get more inspiration for your new piece.

    • It's important to me that everyone loves their new artwork. If a painting is not what you were expecting, please contact me and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your piece. Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service with which the piece was sent to you. Upon receipt of the return, your payment will be refunded within 14 days. 

    • The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variations between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

  • Utmost care will be taken to pack and wrap your work properly. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph of the damage. If the package has been damaged in shipping, please make note of the damage with the shipper upon receipt. ALWAYS TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES for our records. This will help get everything straightened out as quickly as possible.
