It's important to me that everyone loves their new artwork. If a painting is not what you were expecting, please email a request for a refund within 14 days of receiving the piece. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service with which the piece was sent to you. Upon receipt of the return, your payment will be refunded within 14 days.
The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variations between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
Utmost care will be taken to pack and wrap your work properly. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph of the damage. If the package has been damaged in shipping, please make note of the damage with the shipper upon receipt. Always take a lot of pictures for our records. This will help get everything straightened out as quickly as possible.
